Recently, I was scheduled to attend my National Sales Meetings in Fort Worth, Texas. I booked my flights through Lyle at New Alliance Travel, as I always do. He arranged for me to clear customs in Canada instead of the USA, which was very important to me. Then, the ice and snowstorm hit the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I had two flights canceled in two days. Lyle went above and beyond to get me re-booked twice. He saved me hours of time and frustration because I didn’t have to wait on hold, as the airlines were flooded with canceled flights.
